SN M37059 is a BSA Shirley 1944 dated 303 No. 4T Sniper rifle. This rifle remains in 'out of the war reserves' excellent plus to near new condition with all matching serial numbers, and M47 C markings . This rifle was never set up for its' scope . The wood shows all of it's original factory finish. The butt grip shows no evidence of scope number. The bore rates as new. The bolt shows a 0 head and very little indication of issue or usage. All wood markings are clear and crisp with no wear markings. This rifle came to us together with a 1945 dated No 32 MKIII scope SN 28405. The optics are bright and crystal clear.
